Order Processing

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Standard Shipping (Recommended):

  • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
  • Shipping fee: $12.95 USD
  • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment

Free Shipping:

  • Available for orders over $50 USD
  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment

International Shipping

We ship globally (excluding some Asian and remote regions). International customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes imposed by their country.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We stand behind our premium golf products. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a straightforward return process within 15 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition with all tags attached
  • Original packaging must be intact (especially important for golf clubs and fragile items)
  • A copy of your order confirmation must be included

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, these items cannot be returned:

  • Golf Balls (once opened/used)
  • Gloves (all types including those in Accessories and Tour Series)
  • Sale items (clearly marked as final sale)
  • Personalized or custom-ordered equipment (including Yard Club with Training Grip)

Return Process

Step 1: Contact Our Team

  • Your order number
  • Item(s) for return
  • Reason for return
  • Whether you prefer refund or exchange

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you:

  • Return authorization number
  • Shipping instructions
  • Return address (our warehouse in Baltimore, MD)

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package items securely in original packaging with all accessories. For US customers, we’ll provide a return label. International customers must arrange their own return shipping.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We’ll notify you of approval/rejection within 3-5 business days
  • Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement

Important Notes:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • For international returns, refunds will be issued in US Dollars and may vary slightly due to currency fluctuations

Exchanges

For exchanges (excluding non-returnable items):

  • We’ll process your exchange once we receive the returned item
  • For higher-value exchanges: you’ll be charged the difference
  • For lower-value exchanges: we’ll refund the difference
  • Standard shipping rates apply for exchanged items

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive damaged/defective equipment (especially our Ultralight series or Player Pathway training systems):

  • Include photos of the damage
  • We’ll arrange a replacement at no additional cost
