Our Return Policy
You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, in original condition with all tags attached
- Original packaging must be intact (especially important for golf clubs and fragile items)
- A copy of your order confirmation or receipt must be included
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Golf Balls (once opened/used)
- Gloves (for hygiene reasons)
- Sale items (clearly marked as final sale)
- Personalized or custom-ordered equipment
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you:
- Return authorization number
- Shipping instructions
- Return address (our warehouse in Baltimore, MD)
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Package your item(s) securely in the original packaging and include all accessories. Affix the return label we provide (for US customers) or follow the international return instructions.
Return Shipping Costs:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- We’ll notify you of the approval/rejection of your refund
- Approved refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution
Exchanges
For exchanges:
- We’ll process your exchange once we receive the returned item

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item (especially important for golf clubs like our Ultralight series or Player Pathway training systems):

- Include photos of the damage/defect
- We’ll arrange for a replacement at no additional cost
- In some cases, we may request return of the damaged item
International Returns
For customers outside the United States:
- You’ll be responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees

- The refund amount may vary slightly due to currency fluctuations
- Please note we cannot accept returns from some Asian and remote regions
